The last day of the holidays

On the last day of the holidays my Dad asked me "do you want to do anything on the last day of the holidays?"I said I wanted to go to the library so we did. When we got to the library I went to the origami section and found Extreme Origami and Fantastic Folds. Next I went to the cartoon section where I found two Calvin and Hobbes books. Next I went to the children's library where I couldn't find anything. I played on the computer while my sister got the books out then we went home.

Last Sunday, Dad, Phoenix and I walked to the library. I can remember exactly how we got there. First we walked straight forward down Halifax Street East.
When we got to a dark green bridge we went across it and turned right at the pathway and kept going untill we got to the library. At the library I got an origami book, two Footrot flats books and a Lucky Luke book. Soon we walked back home.

My holidays

In the holidays I went to my grandma and grandpa's house. We went there because my Mum and Dad were going to Wellington. My Mum and Dad stayed with my little sister and me for one night and then they went to Wellington.We (my little sister and I) stayed at my grandma and grandpas for a few days.

Cross country

On Friday we had the school cross country. As soon as lunch was finished room 6 went to the front field. It took for ever until it was time for the year 4's turn to run. When it was time to run I stood up all shaky because I was nervous. It was time to run. I ran. I wasn't even half way when I got the stitch. I kept running as fast as I could. I was there at last!
